Dachshund

The Dachshund originated in Germany, where its long body and short legs made it a fearless badger hunter — “Dachs” means badger. Curious, spunky, and brave, these little dogs have big personalities and love burrowing under blankets. They suit owners who want a playful small dog with a strong-willed streak and a loud bark for its size.
